Jam, jellies & Preservatives
I'm the first to admit that it's way easier to buy jam in the supermarket. Why would you go through all the effort? Once you've tried your own grown, home made jam you never want to go back to the store bought ones!
To be honest, I really hadn't got a clue how to make jam. But, as with many other things since we live in the most beautiful country of the world, I have mastered the art of making jam. Trust me, if I can do it, you surely can!
