I'm not a real fan of fatty, creamy bakings and therefore won't try a lot of high calorie bakings. Sorry guys. However, I looooove chocolate. So, chocoholics won't be disappointed.This section will contain not only the typical kiwi-style bakings and desserts, but also Dutch 'golden oldies'. This will be a challenge though, as not every ingredient is available down under. Therefore, I needed to adjust some of the recipes to the availability of ingredients.
