In our household, Paul does the brewing.
Occasionally I will try to invent something myself, but Paul has mastered the art of brewing beer. He's tried different beers, from a Lager to an Ale and velvety dark beers to a light and crisp white beer. He has experimented with different ingredients like fresh hop and different sugars, but also fresh herbs and spices.
So if you have any questions, please feel free to ask and I will happily pass them on to the master brewer himself.
